Please send me the attached registration form by email RIB LEZARD) or by postal mail (along with a check). A deposit of 50% is required, payable to Lézard Surf School (the check will not be cashed). When making your bank transfer, please make sure to include the trainee’s name and the course date as a reference.

Registration is effective upon receipt of these elements. You can specify on the form your preference for lessons, either in the morning or in the afternoon, subject to available places and tide times. A few days before the start of the lessons, please call 06 83 61 13 07 to confirm the schedule (arrive 15 minutes early to get equipped).
